How To Program The Handheld Remote For Our Plug And Play Drapes

Programming the remote and trying to pair it with your Quiltcraft drapes can be an intimidating task. The steps to program your controls vary depending on the type of motor (plug and play or battery). That’s why we have put together instructions for you to know how to program the remote on a Quiltcraft plug and play drape. Check them out!

Steps:

1. Plug in motor to power.

2. Press and hold UP/OPEN and DOWN/CLOSED simultaneously until the drapery jogs.

3. Briefly press UP/OPEN and DOWN/CLOSED, the drapery automatically runs to record both hard stop positions.

4. Check the direction of operation.

   Press UP/OPEN. If the drapery opens, the direction of rotation is correct.

   If the drapery closes, the direction of rotation is incorrect, press the MY/STOP button until the drapery jogs.

   The direction of rotation has been modified.

   To confirm press UP/OPEN and check the direction of rotation again.

5. Confirm Programming: Using a paper clip, press and hold the programming button on the back of the handheld remote until the drapery jogs. Handheld remote is now recorded. To operate the drapery press UP/OPEN or DOWN/ CLOSE. The drapery is now in user mode.

6. Repeat steps 1-5 for subsequent channels.
